We use Royal Mail 1st Class Signed/Tracked services for all UK orders. Delivery times may vary due to busy periods, mis-routes, extreme weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Royal Mail usually deliver within 1-2 working days. However, this excludes any additional delays caused by Royal Mail's scheduled strike action.

If you have miss spelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong, kindly notify us via email at orders@vapesaloon.co.uk. If the given address is wrong then we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
