Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within one working day of receiving payment. Any orders placed Monday to Friday before 1pm will be dispatched same working day. You will receive an email from us to say that your order has been dispatched and is on its way to you.

We use Royal Mail 1st class service and ship orders Monday to Friday. Royal Mail aim to deliver next working day including Saturdays. All orders £20.00 or over are sent via recorded delivery and will need to be signed for.

If after 3 working days from day of dispatch you have not received your order please contact us via customerservice@vapesaloon.co.uk stating your order number.

 

Refunds & Returns

Did you receive an item that your not 100% happy with? If so then send the product back to us.

We ask that all returns are sent back to us in their originally condition. For hygiene purposes we cannot accept returns back if the product has been opened or used.

Before you send the item back to us please send us an email at customerservice@vapesaloon.co.uk stating

We advise that you send the item back to us using Royal Mail Signed For service, as we cannot be held responsible for any lost parcels.

Please allow 5 days for returns to be processed

In the unlikely event you receive a faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@vapesaloon.co.uk and send the product back to us within seven days of receiving the goods.

Once we have the item back, it will be tested and we will contact you in regards to the fault.

Should we find that the product has been misused then the warranty on the product will be void.

Once we have received the product back please allow 5 days. Should you wish to have an exchange, then please let us know via email.
