What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices are in GBP.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

We strive to ship all orders within one business day of payment receipt. Orders placed between Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) before 2pm will be shipped on the same business day. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number. In case you do not receive an email from us by the following business day, please check your SPAM folder.

We use Royal Mail 1st Class Signed/Tracked services for all UK orders. Delivery times may vary due to busy periods, mis-routes, extreme weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Royal Mail usually deliver within 1-2 working days. However, this excludes any additional delays caused by Royal Mail's scheduled strike action.

Please allow up to 3 working days from the dispatch day for your delivery to arrive before contacting us.

For tracking your Royal Mail delivery, please visit https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/. An example of a Royal Mail tracking number is XH545664863GB.

If you have not received your parcel within the expected time frame mentioned above, please email us at orders@vapesaloon.co.uk with your order number and billing details (name and address). Our customer service team is available from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 4 pm, excluding bank holidays.


Refund & Return Policy

Our return policy lasts for 14 days from the date you receive your order. If you change your mind and wish to return the goods, please inform us immediately by contacting us through one of the methods provided below. The returned goods must be in a re-saleable condition, and we cannot accept any opened items with broken seals.

To contact us, please email orders@vapesaloon.co.uk, and provide us with your order number for reference.

Please note that if you change your mind, you will be responsible for paying the return postage costs.

You have 14 days to return the order to us after informing us that you no longer wish to keep it. We suggest using a tracked courier service and keeping proof of the shipment.

Upon receiving the goods back, we will process any refunds due to you as soon as possible, within 14 days.

In case you receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately at orders@vapesaloon.co.uk, and return the product to us within seven days of receiving it. Please include a note with the following information inside the package.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at orders@vapesaloon.co.uk. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
